  • "I had the honor and pleasure of training under the direction of Rob this spring in preparation for the 2010 United States Hockey League Combine for 1994 birth years. As a result of Rob's training, and my resulting performance at the Combine, I continued my training with Rob through the summer. The following are my observations of Rob:

    Very knowledgeable for young age.

Great variety of exercises for every muscle in your body.

As well as helping me develop physically, Rob was very helpful in both my mental and nutritional well-being.

Always a tough, grueling workout; he knew how to push, while inspiring.

Attitude was great, very easy to talk to; we developed a great relationship.

He was also a teacher; taught me exercises that I could take with me and do on my own; taught me what each exercise was for and what muscle it was strengthening/conditioning; taught me how to maintain the proper mental attitude.

I benefited greatly from each and every session.

Improved my strength and conditioning greatly.

Rob's direction and guidance enabled me to achieve my best, physically and mentally, for the USHL Combine.

Without Rob, I would not be where I am right now; and, without him, I definitely would not have showcased my ability to the level that I did at the Combine, and subsequent USHL team tryouts and camps.

    Excellent trainer, teacher, and friend.

    Highly recommended!"

  • "I echo all of my son's sentiments. Rob may have been the most influential and constructive individual in my son's hockey career to date. He is an extraordinary young man that I would recommend to anyone."

  • "I just wanted to express our thanks for such a great ringette camp that you have run this week. Karlee has very much enjoyed it. The goalie instruction that I observed Karlee receive today was fantastic. Erin was very professional, great with the girls, attentive to each child and noticed very fine details. Most impressive! Both you and I know, goalie instruction is hard to come by, so it was refreshing to see the one on one attention. The facility is incredible as well. Karlee has spoke very highly and has asked every night to join WADA. So I believe that you have also done very well promoting WADA. When I asked Karlee which camp she preferred, SORC or WADA her response was "I had more fun at SORC, but I have learned more at WADA." That says a lot to me! Karlee needs constant attention and different drills to stay motivated. WADA has definitely motivated her, and yes Karlee will still be Karlee. I just wanted you to know that I am very pleased with choosing WADA."

  • We have enjoyed a training relationship with WADA since December 2008. The staff at WADA is knowledgeable and has definitely helped get the boys to where they are today.
